In 2008, the Junior League of San Jose hosted the 1st Annual Silicon Valley Trivia Challenge. The Homicidal Fried Eggs ( Joselle Kryder, Andy Kryder, Bill Nyden and Ganesh Tyagali) were the top prize winners and walked away with $1,500 in cold hard cash. Trivia Challenge 2009 is off and running!

Whether you are an expert in pop culture (that’s you People Magazine readers), history, science, geography, music or sports, there is a place for you on a Trivia Challenge team in 2009!

This year we have an amazing new venue that is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Built for car collectors, vintage race car and motor sports enthusiasts, Club Auto Sport offers a unique space to host our 2009 event. Flat panel TVs allow spectators to stay engaged in the game while viewing the cool cars on display, a huge cocktail bar is in place to quickly and efficiently serve the thirsty masses, race car simulators are sure to be a popular pre-game activity for all.

Trivia Challenge is an event that appeals to the guys as well as the ladies. No need to convince your man to put on a tux, casual fun is the name of the game at this event.

Time:    Warm-Up Laps start at 6 pm and
           Race Time is at 7:30 pm
Location:    Club Auto Sport in San Jose -

Team Cost: $500 (2 to 4 players)
Spectator Cost:    $50 each

Returning Teams who recruit another team to play will be entered into a drawing to win $250 cash (half of the team fee).

Sign up by August 1st! Spectators will receive a drink ticket. Teams will receive the TC Libations and Brain Food Pack  (beverages and snacks to fuel your team for play).
